GREAT JOB OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales activities in France and strengthen Design Eyewear Group’s presence in one of our key markets. You’ll head up a small local team, drive sales growth, and build strong partnerships with key optical retailers. This role offers both strategic responsibility and hands-on involvement. You’ll report to the Sales Manager Western Europe and play a vital part in developing our commercial success in France.

What you'll be doing

You’ll take ownership of sales performance, team development, and partner relations across France.

• Lead, motivate, and coach the French sales team
  
• Organizing sales meetings & and creating a strong synergy between the team members
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and key accounts
  
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure sales growth
  
• Align sales activities with marketing and brand strategy
  
• Represent our brands at trade shows and partner events

What you bring

• Proven sales leadership experience within fashion, eyewear, or premium consumergoods
  
• Strong people management skills and a results-driven mindset
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  
• Strategic yet hands-on approach to sales and market development
  
• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
  

Nice to have but not required:

• Experience in an international sales environment
  
• Understanding of premium/luxury brand positioning
