DACH Customer Sales Service Assistant (German speaking)

Customer Sales Service (CSS)

We’re looking for a Customer Sales Service Assistant to join our DACH CSS team (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and deliver excellent customer support resolving day-to-day service issues. We trust our employees to be experts in their field, and after a thorough introduction, you’ll have a clear scope, real ownership, and a direct impact on customers’ satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll step into a role with real responsibility from the start. That means providing high-quality customer support and handling enquiries from our DACH customers, collaborating across teams, and being trusted to make things happen. We won’t micromanage, but we will expect you to care, speak up, and take initiative. Daily on-site collaboration with colleagues is a key part of this role.

Our phone line is open from 9:00 to 16:30 each working day, so you’ll need to be proactive, responsive, and ready to engage with customers throughout the day. We’re looking for someone who brings positive energy, stays enthusiastic on the phone, and takes ownership of every conversation from start to finish.

• Working with our national sales teams to ensure a high standard of customer support
  
• Answering B2B service and sales calls and dealing with customer enquiries
  
• Handling day to day service queries and issues
  
• Working as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed
  
• Additional administrative tasks

What you bring

• You are fluent in German and English, with any additional Western European language considered a plus
  
• You have excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  
• You can take ownership of multiple tasks and maintain a proactive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced work environment
  
• You are customer-service focused and committed to delivering a positive experience
  
• You have previous experience in customer service
