The Design Eyewear Group Loyalty Programme is designed to support long-term partnerships and mutual growth. With a clear and transparent structure, the programme offers valuable advantages that help strengthen your business across our brand portfolio.

As an authorised customer of Design Eyewear Group, you are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Programme.

STATUS LEVELS

The Loyalty Programme consists of two status levels:

• Partner
• Ambassador

Status progression is based on annual order intake (turnover) across brands. Both status levels provide access to valuable services and advantages, with Ambassador status granting access to the full range of services and benefits across the Design Eyewear Group portfolio.​​​​​​​

HOW STATUS IS DETERMINED

Status is calculated on a calendar-year basis, from 1 January to 31 December, and is based on total order intake. Orders are counted from the time they are placed, independent of delivery timing.

Your achieved status applies to the following calendar year along with the corresponding benefits.If the required turnover is reached during the year, the new status and benefits will be activated from the first day of the next calendar month.
