To obtain replacements or credits under warranty, please fill out the warranty form on our webshop and upload pictures of the defects.
Do not send defective frames back to us.

No pictures needed in these cases
You don’t need to provide pictures in the following cases:

• Ambassador customers
• Warranty cases for the brands: Inface, Nifties, William Morris, Charles Stone, Morgan, Joop!, Menrad, Hackett, Pepe Jeans, Scotch & Soda, and Ted Baker
• Warranty cases involving spare parts for the brands: Francois Pinton, Karavan, Karavan Kids, Kaliboo, Catimini, and Jacadi

Note: For Hackett, Pepe Jeans, Scotch & Soda, and Ted Baker, warranty service only applies to frames covered by our distribution agreement.
