PRODESIGN SCRATCH CARD ACTIVATION / PROMOTION

By entering the activation, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all rules and guidelines.

Promoter : The Promoter is Design Eyewear Group, Trindsoevej 11. 8000 Aarhus C. Denmark (the "Promoter")

How to enter:

• To enter this activation/promotion, entrants must be a registered Prodesign customer
• For acquisitions accumulating to 50 Prodesign frames entrants will qualify to receive a free Prodesign scratch card.
• Every month Global Customer Service will make an overview of qualified/eligible entrants who will receive the free Scratch card together with the next order shipment.

Promotion Period: The promotion is running from 01/01-2023 - 31/12/2023.

Prizes: There will be a total of 5000 scratch cards with a prize guaranteed. Please find below the overview of our different prizes and the total amount of each prize.

• 2 x 1- weekend trips to Aarhus for 2 persons (hotel + flight tickets)
• 50 x 1 voucher to a team event of 250 euros (paid and arranged by your local sales rep)
• 225 x 1 Prodesign To-Go coffee mug
• 500 x 1 Prodesign frame free of charge
• 223 x 50 free ambassador points
• 2000 x 35 free ambassador points
• 2000 x 15 free ambassador points

The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

How will I collect/receive my prize:

• To collect your prize please contact your local customer service team by email or phone.
• A winner may be required to submit a valid scratch card identification number before receiving the prize.
• Winners of our 2 x weekend trips to Aarhus will be contacted by our Global Marketing team for further planning and alignment.
• Winners of the 50 x Team event will be contacted by the local Sales Representative to further align and plan the event.
• Winners of the 500 x Prodesign frames free of charge will be handled by the local Customer Service Team.
• Winners of the 200 x Prodesign "to-go" Coffee mugs will be handled by the local Customer Service Team and sent with the next order shipment.
• Winners of free ambassador points will be handled by the local Customer Service Team and transferred digitally.  
  
  

The Promoter reserves the right to discount any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.

If any of these terms and conditions are found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining other provisions shall continue to apply.
