GREAT JOB OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to join our French sales team and help strengthen Design Eyewear Group’s position in one of our most important markets. You’ll be responsible for managing and developing key customer accounts across France, building strong partnerships, and driving sales growth through exceptional service and product knowledge.

You’ll report to the Sales Manager Western Europe and work closely with colleagues across Europe to ensure brand consistency and commercial success.

What you'll be doing

You’ll take ownership of your customer portfolio and play a key role in achieving our sales targets across France.

• Manage and grow relationships with key optical retailers and buying groups
• Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base
• Present collections and product launches to customers and partners
• Follow up on sales performance, orders, and market activities
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and the international sales team
• Participating in trade shows, sales meetings, and local events

What you bring

• Proven sales & KAM experience within the optical industry
  
• Experience in building action plans & creating dashboards/reporting
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• Customer-focused, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
  
• Ability to work independently and manage several accounts simultaneously
  
• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
  

Nice to have but not required:

• Experience working in an international environment
  
• Passion for design and premium brand
