FULL TIME / IRELAND & NORTHERN IRELAND / LONDON & SOUTHEAST

We’re looking for a sales agent to join our UK sales team to work with our new and established brands, developing and expanding our existing sales network. We trust our employees to be experts in their field, and after a thorough introduction, you’ll have a clear scope, true ownership, and a direct impact on how we work with the William Morris London, Charles Stone, Inface, Jaguar and Morgan brands.

What you'll be doing

You’ll step into a role with real responsibility from the start. That means owning the territory and sales, collaborating with our UK sales and service teams, and being trusted to make things happen. Some days will be more strategic, others are hands-on. We won’t micromanage, but we will expect you to care, speak up, and take initiative.

• Identifying and reaching out to new potential customers through traditional channels.
• Meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
• Relationship building in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
• Developing a deep understanding of the products and brands we offer.
• Sales analysis, to track your performance and identify areas with potential.
• Represent and develop the other brands we offer at Design Eyewear Group.

What you bring

• Experience in selling optical frames or products desirable.
• Proven track record in delivering sales targets.
• Expertise in negotiation and sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisation skills.
• Time management and route planning experience.
• Customer service skills to provide and maintain customer relationships.
