EXPORT MANAGER

About the position

We’re looking for an Export Manager to join our Sales team and take charge of growing our international business across emerging markets. You’ll be responsible for managing our distributors and agents in Eastern Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific – markets where we see major growth potential in the coming years.

We trust our employees to be experts in their field, and after a thorough introduction, you’ll have a clear scope, real ownership, and a direct impact on how we grow our presence in new territories and build long-term partner relations.


Job description and responsibilities:

You’ll step into a role with real responsibility from the start. That means owning the development of key markets and being trusted to make things happen. Some days will be more strategic, others are hands-on. We won’t micromanage, but we will expect you to care, speak up, and take initiative.

  • Manage all distributor and agent relationships across Eastern Europa, MEA and APAC emerging markets
  • Assess and develop local setups to ensure the right distribution channels and performance
  • Grow sales across both current and new markets through targeted support and business planning
  • Define and drive development plans per market, including budget, follow-up, and KPIs
  • Work hands-on with partners to push both new and existing collections, including outlet products
  • Align and execute regional marketing activities in collaboration with our internal teams
  • Travel at least 20 days a year to visit partners, attend events, and support market growth


What you bring:

  • You speak and write English fluently
  • You’ve worked internationally and know how to grow sales through local partners
  • You’re comfortable managing several regions and keeping the details straight
  • You can build strong business relationships – and stick with them
  • You’ve created market plans before and know how to turn them into action
  • You’re comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field


Nice to have but not required:

  • Experience in fashion, eyewear, or lifestyle retail
  • Preferably, you speak a second foreign language other than English
