DACH CUSTOMER SALES SERVICE (GERMAN SPEAKING)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a service representative to work within our DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) team, located in Aarhus Denmark.​​​​​​​

your responsibilities include:

• Working with our national sales teams to ensure a high standard of customer support

• Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries

• Answering B2B and B2C service and sales calls

• Handling day to day service queries and issues

• Working as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed

• Additional administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Professional command of German and English, French is a plus

• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

• To-do attitude, ability to take ownership of multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment

• Customer service focused

• Previous customer service or sales experience​​​​​​​

• Must be comfortable making outbound telephone calls ​​​​​​​
