DACH Customer Sales Service (German speaking)

Job description and responsibilities:

We are looking for a service representative to work within our DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) team, located in Aarhus, Denmark. 

• Working with our national sales teams to ensure a high standard of customer support
• Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries
• Answering B2B service and sales calls
• Handling day to day service queries and issues
• Working as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed
• Additional administrative tasks

Qualifications/Skills:

• Professional command of German and English, any additional Western European language is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• To-do attitude, ability to take ownership of multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
• Customer service focused
• Previous customer service or sales experience

9am until 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
