CREDITOR BOOKKEEPER

About the position

We’re looking for a Creditor Bookkeeper to join our Finance team and support our international accounting workflows. We trust our employees to be experts in their field, and after a thorough introduction, you’ll have a clear scope, real ownership, and a direct impact on how we manage creditor processes across multiple countries. You’ll be joining us at an exciting time as Design Eyewear Group continues to grow following recent acquisitions in Germany and France.


What you’ll be doing

You’ll step into a role with real responsibility from day one. That means owning creditor bookkeeping tasks, collaborating closely with colleagues in Finance, Purchasing and our international offices, and being trusted to make things happen. Some days will be structured and process-oriented, while others will require problem-solving and hands-on execution. We won’t micromanage, but we will expect you to care, speak up, and take initiative.

  • Handling Purchase Order invoices and expense invoices using Medius AP Automation
  • Managing supplier statements and coordinating with the Purchasing Department
  • Reconciling prepaid accounts and creditor accounts, including handling exchange differences
  • Performing inventory accountingPreparing VAT reconciliations and declarations
  • Preparing payment suggestions and executing supplier payments
  • Becoming the internal go-to person for MediusFlow AP Software support after a proper introduction


What you bring

  • You are fluent in English (Danish is an advantage, not a requirement)
  • You can manage creditor reconciliation independently and keep processes moving
  • You can handle invoice flows and purchase orders even when things get busy
  • You keep track of details while juggling deadlines, suppliers, and internal communication
  • You’ve worked with ERP or AP systems (we use VismaBusiness, Medius, Acubiz)
  • You’re comfortable switching between routine accounting tasks and ad‑hoc problem‑solving


Nice to have (but not required):

  • Experience working in an international finance environment
  • Familiarity with cross-border VAT
  • Knowledge of inventory accounting
